Job summary

Psycho Bunny, a premium clothing brand, seeks a Key Holder to manage store operations and drive sales while upholding brand standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead team development, payroll planning, and customer experiences across store level activities.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, loss prevention, and visual merchandising to maintain a premier retail environment. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to train and develop store team members.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build a loyal base while capturing contact details.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and transfer knowledge to staff.
• Oversee payroll control and schedule to optimize profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer data and trends to drive sales and KPIs.
• Monitor loss prevention and shrink goals.
• Execute merchandise transfers and ensure accurate stock flow.
• Communicate opportunities to store manager and optimize merchandising.
• Ensure Visual Directives are followed and store presentation meets brand standards.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and a safe working environment.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
