Job summary

Psycho Bunny in Los Angeles is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, drive sales, and uphold Psycho Bunny’s bold, premium brand standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will mentor Team Members, manage schedules, ensure product knowledge, protect profitability, and deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

• Manage payroll control and schedules to optimize profitability and service.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to influence sales.
• Monitor loss prevention and oversee shrink and inventory.
