Psycho Bunny is seeking a Key Holder to join our Fort Worth on-site team. You will drive sales culture, exceed KPI goals, and ensure top customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Reporting to Store Manager, you will support team development and merchandise execution.

Responsibilities include staff payroll scheduling, training, and loss-prevention efforts while upholding Psycho Bunny’s visual standards and safety guidelines in the store.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting customers' contact details.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of Team Members.
• Maintain own and team product knowledge and communicate it to customers.
• Manage payroll control and schedule to optimize profitability and service quality.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
