Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement and collecting contact information.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of team members.
• Maintain Product Knowledge across store team and communicate it to customers.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling to optimize profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Manage Loss Prevention and inventory/shrink goals, including Physical Inventory.
• Execute merchandise transfers and ensure visual directives and in-store presentation meet Psycho Bunny standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with store team and management to achieve store goals.
