Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, train team members, manage payroll and schedules, safeguard inventory, and uphold Psycho Bunny's bold standards.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting customers' phone numbers and email addresses.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven team members.
• Maintain knowledge across store staff and communicate it to customers.
• Accountable for payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Manage and monitor loss prevention.
• Manage and achieve inventory and shrink goals; oversee physical inventory.
• Directly responsible for execution and processing of merchandise transfers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure visual directives and presentation meet Psycho Bunny standards.
• Execute OSHA requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
