• 1 year minimum retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
• Maintain own level of product knowledge and ensure Team Members can communicate it to customers.
• Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability and high service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Manage and monitor Loss Prevention.
• Manage and achieve Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee Physical Inventory.
• Directly responsible for merchandise execution (Transfers).
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store manager.
• Ensure Visual Directives execution and outstanding store presentation.
• Maintain OSHA compliance for a safe environment.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
