Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager in its Small Business Banking group based in Morristown, NJ. This in-office role focuses on managing client relationships, expanding revenue, and delivering PNC's full suite of products to small business clients.

Responsibilities include acquiring and retaining clients, financing and risk analysis, and driving engagement while leveraging bank resources to meet sales goals. A 3+ year track record and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience in relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications not required.
• Experience with credit processes and financial analysis.
• Ability to build client relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships; handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Identify and mitigate risks—regulatory, reputational, operational and credit.
• Provide insights based on client needs to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Present the full range of PNC products to clients and leverage internal networks to win business.
• Analyze credit risk per internal policies and guidance.
