Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Banker.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and develop client referrals.
• Proactive in sourcing and maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of retail/business banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Grow deposits and loan business from existing clients and prospects.
• Meet with clients to discuss business needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Develop a business plan aligned with departmental budgets and asset/liability objectives.
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet client needs and financial goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ products and pricing.
• Review profitability analyses and improve unprofitable accounts.
• Work with borrowers to obtain updated financial information.
• Communicate lending decisions to clients.
• Follow up on loan exceptions to ensure timely clearance.
• Represent the bank at community events to enhance its image.
