Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our Houston dealership. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the final purchase process.

Candidates should have 3+ years in sales and retail operations, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to perform inventory management and daily store tasks. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferredor equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for prior 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory counts, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
