Job summary

DumpsDevsu seeks a RevOps Engineer – Growth to own reporting, CRM operations, GTM systems, and automation. You will build executive dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and optimize the Growth tech stack with AI-powered workflows that drive data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include dashboards, CRM data integrity, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales to improve systems. 3+ years in Revenue/ Growth Ops and HubSpot experience required; proficient in APIs, SQL,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Strong understanding of GTM metrics, sales funnels, pipeline, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Experience building dashboards with HubSpot, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with APIs, Webhooks, JSON, SQL, and scripting (Python or JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive and GTM performance dashboards.
• Ensure CRM data integrity through workflows, automation, and validation.
• Monitor marketing and sales KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and anomalies.
• Manage and optimize the Growth technology stack and integrations.
• Develop automations and AI-powered workflows to streamline business processes.
• Support Marketing and Sales teams with CRM and system improvements.
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Operations.
