Responsibilities

• Assist front counter to ensure quality service
• Train and coach employees to handle complaints
• Maintain sales levels and utilize local store marketing
• Manage cash control and daily bank deposits
• Follow Cash Handling Procedures
• Report and minimize safety incidents; maintain safe environment
• Assist in hiring and development of team members
• Perform management and administrative duties as assigned
• Ensure ingredients and equipment are in place; monitor operations
• Attend planning and training meetings with leadership
• Oversee preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment
