Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Work at the front counter to ensure quality service and communicate with customers.
Train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints.
Assist in maintaining an acceptable level of sales and use local store marketing.
Manage restaurant cash control by making bank deposits daily and follow cash-handling procedures.
Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards and professional team image.
Assist in hiring and developing team members; document disciplinary actions when needed.
Perform administrative duties and attend meetings as assigned by the GM.
Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are available and properly stocked.
