Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, outstanding service, and achieved financial targets. You will lead shifts, train staff, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a safe, timely, and welcoming dining experience for guests.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations within a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/assistant management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate teams.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM with daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling and shift management.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, sanitation standards and food safety compliance.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers; schedule shifts and manage staffing.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor and manage sales, costs and labor to support financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
