Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings, oversee the training team, and develop trainers while ensuring daily operations meet Raising Cane's standards and culture. This role also leads NRO when needed and works across fast-paced kitchen environments.

The position requires 3+ years in restaurant or retail management, high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
• Willing to work varied shifts and travel for training and functions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Oversees new restaurant setup and ensures completion.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Performs performance observation walks and documents results for corrective action.
• Supports strategic planning and execution across operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
