Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Charlotte, NC seeks a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to oversee training teams and support new restaurant openings (NRO). You will help develop hourly managers, maintain Cane’s standards, and lead NRO when needed.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel may be required; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and maintains operational standards.
• Performs performance observations and documents results to drive improvements.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
