Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to oversee training teams and support new restaurant openings (NRO). You will lead trainer development, ensure complete setup, and uphold company standards while coordinating daily operations and safety.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant or retail management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities. The position offers growth within a fast-paced team and opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Travel as needed for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards
• Performs restaurant performance standards observation walks and documents results
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations
• Completes other duties as assigned
