Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Growth Restaurant Leader to guide new restaurant openings and train the Restaurant Leader. You will oversee planning, operations, and team development to meet milestones and ensure smooth launches.

The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, on-site supervision, and travel for training. Requires 5+ years in restaurant management and strong leadership, with a focus on policy adherence and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, P&L and financial management.
• Proficient with business software and reporting tools.
• Able to travel for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead NRO strategy and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Enforce company policies and standards across openings.
• Develop growth team and ensure performance standards are met.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Conduct operational audits and provide actionable feedback.
