Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings (NRO), train hourly managers, and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during fast-paced operations.

The role oversees training teams, ensures proper setup and organization, and leads day-to-day restaurant operations before and after openings. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.
• Performs restaurant performance standards observation walks and documents results; takes corrective action when needed.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
