The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is an Assistant Restaurant Leader who supports new restaurant openings (NRO) by overseeing the training team and developing trainers. This role also trains hourly managers and leaders while deployed, and helps run day-to-day operations before and after openings, upholding the brand’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals and convert plans into action.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Willing to work various shifts and travel for training.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and cost management.
• New restaurant opening experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and ensures operations and safety standards.
• Performs observations and documents results, taking corrective action when needed.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
