Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Charlotte, NC seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and hit EBITDA targets. You will recruit, train, and coach Managers and Team Members while ensuring FOH and HOH excellence and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, controlling costs, and upholding CHARM service. A 55-hour work week, strong communication, and a proven hospitality track record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and local community by growing sales and achieving budget.
• Manage front of house and heart of house results including Ecosure.
• Ensure CHARM service model is integrated by FOH team with every guest.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members; conduct regular coaching.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and performance to meet sales goals.
• Adhere to wage/hour regulations and restaurant filing responsibilities.
• Control costs, inventory, and payroll; report concerns to Area Coach.
