Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager in Garner, NC to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold EBITDA targets while building a culture of accountability.

You will recruit, train, and develop Managers and Team Members, ensure FOH/HOH excellence, manage inventory and scheduling, and maintain compliance with wage and hour laws. Strong ServSafe focus and guest-centric leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own FOH and HOH results, driving sales and EBITDA.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Managers and Team Members.
• Enforce CHARM service model with every Guest.
• Control inventory, payroll, and cash handling; report concerns.
• Monitor scheduling to meet sales goals and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with wage-hour laws and company policies.
