Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Dickson, OK. You will drive sales, manage EBITDA targets, and ensure budget adherence while fostering a culture of accountability.

You will recruit, hire, train, and coach Managers and Team Members; lead FOH and HOH teams; implement the CHARM service model with every guest; and collaborate with area coaches to optimize staffing and controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Owns daily operations and drives sales/EBITDA within the restaurant.
• Ensures CHARM service model is integrated by FOH team for every guest.
• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and communicates with Managers and Team Members.
• Conducts regular one-on-ones and follows up with managers and staff.
• Reinforces skills and leadership behaviors of the team.
• Controls receiving and inventory; reports issues to Area Coach.
• Sets daily goals and tasks; follows up to ensure completion.
• Monitors sales and staffing to meet targets; optimizes scheduling.
• Adheres to all policies, wage-hour laws, and filing duties; handles funds and payroll.
