Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service and sales growth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and grow sales while achieving budget and EBITDA.
• Lead FOH and HOH operations; ensure CHARM service model is integrated.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and team members.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling to meet sales goals.
• Control expenses, payroll, and inventory in line with policies.
• Communicate initiatives and tactics to drive profitability.
• Maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations.
