Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and staff development in a fast-paced unit. You will prioritize customer satisfaction while managing HR tasks, scheduling, and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on involvement in POS and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, ordering supplies, and driving community engagement to boost sales, with regular staff training and performance

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during unit operation.
• Previous restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
• Create and implement staff succession and training plans.
• Complete daily paperwork and unit reporting for profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Order food and supplies daily to operate the unit.
• Hire, discipline, and schedule staff based on sales data.
• Hold monthly meetings with all employees to discuss unit needs.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain community presence.
• Manage HR at unit level: hires, time sheets, payroll data.
• Train all staff on POS systems and back-of-house operations.
