Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, grow sales, and achieve EBITDA targets while maintaining a culture of accountability.

You will recruit, train, and coach Managers and Team Members, ensure CHARM service model, and manage FOH/HOH performance, scheduling, and compliance with wage/hour regulations. This role requires leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own four walls and local community to grow sales, EBITDA, and budgeting.
• Oversee FOH and HOH results including Ecosure.
• Ensure CHARM service model is integrated with guests.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Managers and Team Members.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and payroll with adherence to regulations.
