FS Food Group is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead one or more full-service concepts in the Charlotte area. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage budgeting, staffing, and compliance.

You will shape strategy, mentor managers, and ensure exceptional service in a scratch-kitchen environment while advancing career growth and meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for multiple units.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive results, solve problems, and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost-control measures to meet targets.
