Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pest industry certifications are a plus.
• 1+ year of sales or pest technician experience.
• 1–2 years in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers based on needs analysis.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, service techs and Branch Manager to grow revenue.
• Develop proposals and follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge during new service installations and CRM updates.
