Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to sell pest management services to new and existing homeowners. You will assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territories and a valid driver's license. Base pay is provided with potential overtime, incentives, and commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience
• Prefer 1-2 years of experience in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers based on needs analysis
• Collaborate with inside sales, service technicians and branch manager
• Complete home diagrams and use Sales CRM to track activities
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities
• Provide knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfaction
