Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs with a needs analysis using product knowledge.
• Visually inspect homes/businesses for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with customer service, Inside Sales, and technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
