PNC is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist based in Atlanta, GA, Buckhead. You will drive growth in consumer and business banking shares under 2MM in sales revenue, while leading through partnerships with ecosystem colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, referrals, and a high-touch experience from acquisition to onboarding, with a focus on risk management and branch collaboration.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with < 1 year of professional experience; comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation–leverages banking product knowledge to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI with partners including PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Client experience and Hospitality management–differentiates client experience through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Works with branch team to identify opportunities to create referrals and follows up with Branch Manager and Business Banker.
• Creates client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through differentiated client experience and educating clients on managing financial transactions.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and supports daily branch operations.
