The role focuses on acquiring new client relationships and expanding share of wallet for consumer and business banking, with close collaboration across branches and ecosystem partners. You will deliver a differentiated client experience from onboarding to ongoing servicing, leveraging technology to manage deposits, lending, cash management, and payments.

Competenze

• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products is a plus

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive results.
• Generate proactive leads and set appointments inside and outside the branch.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Grow Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue and translate client data into actionable strategy.
