You will deliver exceptional customer service, open new accounts, assist with loans and investments, and promote online and mobile banking while maintaining compliance and accuracy in all transactions. This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and minimum of one year experience in customer service or retail sales with cash handling.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with retail banking products and services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through consistent sales execution and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission and professional standards.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products with customers.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities; maintain compliance and accuracy in transactions.
• Support management with coaching of staff and participate in community engagement.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle teller transactions, and ensure security and accuracy.
