Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year in customer service with cash handling.
• Strong communication, customer service, and cross-selling abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn banking software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and educate customers.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Balance cash drawer and operate teller equipment as needed.
