Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales, lead management, and cross-selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers about all bank products and services and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and handle vault/teller equipment.
• Support CRA initiatives and community events.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
