Responsibilities

• Focus on growing existing relationships and acquiring new ones through consistent sales execution, lead management, and proactive cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the bank's mission, engaging customers with friendly, professional, and solution oriented service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all bank products and services, educating customers and cross-selling to meet their financial needs.
• Present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust, access customer needs, and recommend financial solutions.
• Meet with customers to conduct financial needs assessments, maximize sales opportunities, open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loans.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet service quality standards, oversee the sales referral process, and coach branch staff.
• Process transactions efficiently; balance cash drawer and use teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller, managing currency and coin orders within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant matters and unusual activity to management while maintaining compliance knowledge.
• Adhere to the bank's code of conduct and policies.
