Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year in customer service or retail with cash handling preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products and services; ability to cross-sell and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Open new accounts and discuss/sell loan products to customers.
• Promote online and mobile banking to customers.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and assist with teller operations.
• Support community BRA initiatives and CRA programs.
