Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking and branch operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution.
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and cross-sell to meet needs.
• Meet with customers for needs assessments and open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and balance the cash drawer.
• Support CRA initiatives and community events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
