Qualifications

• Ability to cross-sell and meet sales targets while delivering professional service.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch relationships by deepening existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the bank's mission.
• Learn products/services and educate customers, cross-selling to meet financial needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking and assist customers with transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer, coin machines, and teller operations; ensure accuracy.
• Support CRA initiatives and participate in community events.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
