Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year experience in customer service, retail sales and service with cash handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to write correspondence and explain products to customers.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn banking software and cross-sell financial products.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistent with the bank's mission and professional standards.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products as needed.
• Demonstrate online and mobile banking capabilities and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
