Responsibilities

• Grow branch relationships by deepening existing accounts and acquiring new ones through sales and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services and educate customers accordingly.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Demonstrate and promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and assist management in coaching staff.
