You will deliver exceptional service, explain bank products, maintain accurate cash handling, and support branch operations while staying compliant with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through proactive sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the bank's mission, engaging customers with friendly, professional, and solution oriented service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all bank products and services, educating customers and cross-selling to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Meet with customers to conduct financial needs assessments, open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to customers.
• Meet customer expectations and ensure service quality standards; participate in sales referral process and coaching branch staff.
• Perform teller transactions efficiently, balance cash drawer, and use teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller ensuring adequate branch cash levels and currency/coin management.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant matters to management while maintaining knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the bank's code of conduct and all policies and procedures.
