Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail with cash handling.
• Knowledge of bank products and cross-selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service aligned with the bank mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking and ensure service quality standards.
• Assist management in coaching branch staff and handling transactions.
