Qualifications

• FIS/IBS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones through sales execution and cross-selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission and educate customers on products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to meet financial needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking and ensure regulatory compliance.
