Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to join our Personal Lines Insurance team in Spokane, WA. You’ll service the day-to-day needs of our insureds and manage all aspects of the client renewal.

Have Alaska Resident License and 3+ years of insurance account management experience; EPIC experience is a plus. Strong MS Office skills are expected, with collaboration across underwriters and teammates to ensure accurate proposals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience with a broker.
• Alaska Resident License.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a daily requirement.

Responsibilities

• Fielding inquiries about coverage, policy changes, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage the client renewal process: obtain information, market, terms, pricing, quote review, renewal numbers, and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in the proposal.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Assistant Account Managers and underwriters to ensure positive results for clients.
• Ensure accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, and creation of client summaries and binders; maintain electronic records.
• Train and collaborate with team members to share coverage knowledge.
