Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines in a hybrid role across Anchorage, AK and other locations. You will service insureds, coordinate renewals, and manage relationships with clients and underwriters while ensuring accurate policy documents and binders.

The role requires an Alaska resident license, strong customer service skills, and 3+ years of broker experience. Proficiency with EPIC is a plus; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience with a broker; EPIC experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve day-to-day needs of insured clients and manage all aspects of client renewal.
• Field coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
• Lead renewal process: gather updates, marketing, pricing, quote review and invoicing.
