Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager I for Commercial Lines in a hybrid role across multiple Pacific Northwest locations. You will support day-to-day client needs, manage renewals, and coordinate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage.

A proactive communicator with strong organizational skills will thrive in this team-driven environment. The position requires a P&C license (or progress toward) and a background in insurance brokerage or account management.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in insurance brokerage or property casualty account management preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve day-to-day client needs via phone, email, and other channels regarding coverage, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
• Manage renewal processes: update information, market, negotiate terms, review quotes, present renewal numbers, and invoice.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in proposals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction; delegate tasks to Associate Account Managers.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable outcomes and coverage terms; negotiate as needed.
• Prepare and review proposals, bind coverage, and create client policy summaries and binders.
