Job summary

Trend is seeking an Account Manager in Vancouver, WA to be the main contact for affiliate partners, managing day-to-day communications and driving campaign performance through data-driven recommendations.

You will deliver regular performance reports, guide bid strategies and pricing, support onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth launches and growth of long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equiv. experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 2+ years in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and ability to explain performance data clearly.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics such as lead volume and conversion rates.
• Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned affiliates, answering questions and fulfilling requests.
• Pull regular performance reports for affiliates and translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data.
• Assist onboarding and integration of new affiliates for smooth launches.
• Act as the first contact for issues and ensure follow-through until resolution.
• Maintain proactive communication and check-ins with accounts to foster growth and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
