Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to be the main contact for buyers, ensuring accounts run smoothly and perform well. You will deliver performance reports, provide data-driven recommendations on bids and pricing, and support onboarding and campaign launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and explain performance data.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary operational contact for buyers and ensure accounts are active and performing.
• Pull regular performance reports (lead volume, call data, clicks, conversions) and translate into updates.
• Provide bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data.
• Assist in onboarding new buyers and coordinating smooth launches to live traffic.
• Be the first line of response for issues and follow through until resolved.
• Maintain proactive communication and look for opportunities to grow revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client success.
