Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and explain performance data.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics like lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned affiliates by answering questions, fulfilling requests, and ensuring accounts remain active and performing.
• Pulls together regular performance reports for affiliates, including lead volume, call data, click performance, conversion rates, and other metrics.
• Provides bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data and communicates optimization opportunities.
• Assists with onboarding and integrating new affiliates by coordinating with internal stakeholders for a smooth launch.
• Acts as the first point of contact for issues (lead quality, billing discrepancies, technical problems) and follows through to resolution.
• Maintains consistent communication with accounts through regular check-ins and proactive updates.
• Identifies opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
