Job summary

Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, overseeing onboarding, launches, and ongoing optimization.

You will deliver regular performance reports, translate data into actionable recommendations on bids, pricing, and optimization opportunities, and maintain proactive, solution-focused relationships with clients. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills with ability to manage client relationships and explain performance data clearly.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
• Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or performance-based advertising models.
• Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and drive resolutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; manage multiple accounts.
• Attention to detail in account updates, pricing changes, and performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Proactive mindset focused on account growth, optimization, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned affiliates by answering questions, fulfilling requests, and ensuring accounts remain active and performing.
• Pulls together regular performance reports for affiliates, including lead volume, call data, click performance, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics; translates data into actionable insights.
• Provides bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data; communicates ad creative changes, payout adjustments, and optimization opportunities in a timely manner.
• Assists with onboarding and integrating new affiliates by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch from signed contract to live traffic.
• Acts as the first point of contact when clients report issues, such as lead quality concerns, billing discrepancies, or technical problems; owns follow-through until resolved.
• Maintains consistent communication with assigned accounts through regular check-ins and proactive updates; ensures affiliates feel supported and valued.
• Identifies opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue, introduce new products, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
